What’s Up Peoples:

First of all thanks to everyone who has come out to support us on this tour, your presence at the shows has been awesome!

First off was the Jazzclub in Rorschach, Switzerland- the folks their were very warm, cool and entertaining, for a jazz club you guys danced and partied hard- much love and respect.  Next up was the Romein in Leeuwarden in the northern part of the Netherlands. The club is an old church turned theatre- it is a very beautiful and rustic place.  I don’t think the folks in Leeuwarden were ready for us but by the end of the night we had the whole club singing and feeling like Soul Rock was the place to be- also got a great recording out of the night-THANKS to the sound guys who ROCKED!

the band had a great show at moods yesterday. we enjoyed it very mutch. it was a wonderfull night. thanx to everybody involved.

we went to the open mic evening at sappho in amsterdam yesterday – dutch and international sing and songwriters where performing – sean played some tunes. there we also listent to the very special ibo bakker.

While writing this Kofy is doing an interview on radio 6. She will play some tunes acoustical.

Sessie met Kofi Brown, een Amerikaanse soulzangeres. Kofy en haar band de KBB staan bekend om hun sidderende live shows die barsten van de energie en vitaliteit. De mix van soul, eclectische funk en diepgaande teksten laat niemand ongeroerd achter. In Studio 6 zal ze alles ook laten zinderen in een akkoestische sessie. Ook geven we kaartjes weg voor een optreden van Kamil Erdem die samen met Fathi Ahiskali, multifluitist Mark Alban Lotz en de Schotse ritme- en geluidentovenaar Alan Purves een splinternieuwe groep heeft gevormd, die balanceert tussen traditie en trends, tussen compositie en improvisatie, tussen oost en west.
